Just recently Tvnetworkwar was caught in a minor dispute against Nakanaks.blogspot in a copy right issue! Published yesterday, April 13, 2011, on TVNETWORKWAR, Nakanaks.blogspot.com, a Filipino-based entertainment blog, deliberately copied, in context, the article "GMA-7 SURPASSED ABS-CBN IN 2010-Q4 NET EARNINGS" without any consent from the author and/or publisher of the said article. Nakanaks did not mention or even acknowledge TVNETWROKWAR as the source of the article, hence attempting to claim the write-up to be its original material.
Under the provisions of Republic Act 8293 also known as Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines, authors and publishers owns the right to be acknowledged whenever its original material is being used by other parties. This provides the complainant the right to claim for damages incurred from unlawful actions.
It is not to jump into the conclusion that Nakanaks intended to ignore The Philippine Copyright Law, but its lack of enthusiasm to act on this matter may prove its guilt.
Tvnetworkwar does not claim for any damages caused by this misconduct, but it is with conviction that it advocates for rightful and fair journalism, that in the midst of turmoil and disorder, objectivity and courtesy among professionals rules.
At the end of the day, we are here for the same purpose, Public Service. So instead of building walls, Tvnetworkwar is more zealous on building bridges for better journalism.

Hello ikaw rin naman nangongopya lang ng article sa starmometer, pinapalitan lang ang tittle.
Kopya lang ang articles mo sa starmometer at stir.ph. How can you call yourself a journalist?
Dapat ang ginawa sa Nakanaks: TANGGALIN LAHAT ANG MGA MATURE ARTICLES DOON.
If I have articles directly copied from any site, I always make it sure I cite the source/s.
This case is entirely different, because every single letter of the article was copied without giving any credits to its original publisher.
With regards to you claim (#2) Most of my articles features TV ratings, which obviously leads the heading to be almost identical for all websites featuring the same data. So this is not an issue.
There's nothing wrong if you copy and paste articles as long as you cite the author especially when it is published unedited.

Naghihirap din ako gumawa ng original articles.
Research first before you speak. Wala pa pong 5% ng mga articles dito ang directly related sa Starmo and Stir.
Around 30% po dito ay original kong ginawa, while the rest are mostly researches like TV Ratings and the likes.
How can you say na original mo yung article nayon eh kinopya molang yun sa ibang sites. I believe sa Starmometer.
Again research before you speak. Hanapin mo sa Starmo kung merong ganung article. It's my original composition po.
I dare you to post a link directly proving your claim na kinopya ko lang yun sa ibang site. If you cannot find one, then please refrain from making false accusations.
