Ang Australian si nger-songwriter na si Orianthi ang magpe-perform sa swimsuit competition at si John Legend kasama ang grupong The Roots ang performer sa evening gown competition.
Ang coronation night ng 2010 Miss Universe pageant ay gaganapin sa 12,000-seat sports and entertainment complex ng Mandalay Bay Events Center sa Las Vegas sa Agosto 23 (Agosto 24 nang umaga sa Pilipinas).
Ang reigning Miss U ay ang 23-anyos na si Stefania Fernandez ng Vene zuela.
