Hiniling ng TV host na si Willie Revillame sa Quezon City Regional Trial Court Branch 217 na ibasura na ang counterclaim na inihain ng dati niyang network na ABS-CBN laban sa kanya.

Ito ay kaugnay ng kanyang hindi tinapos na kontrata sa kanila noong nakaraang taon.

Ayon sa artikulong lumabas sa isang national daily ngayong araw, September 13, ang hiling daw na ito ni Willie ay binase niya sa inilabas na desisyon ng Court of Appeals kamakailan lang.

Dito'y sinabi ng Court of Appeals na iisantabi na ang kasong copyright infringement laban sa TV host sa Makati City Regional Trial Court Branch 66.
