TV5’s “Wil Time Bigtime” immediately destroys competition in Mega Manila with its premiere episode posting 37.5% audience share according to Nielsen Media Research!
Wil Time Bigtime’s premiere last Saturday, May 14, overtakes GMA’s 26.0% and ABS-CBN’s 19.5% audience shares, respectively, solidifying TV5’s lead in weekend prime time ratings game within the show’s time slot. The 3-hour pilot episode of Wil Time Bigtime has posted an overwhelming audience share of 37.5% has bested ABS-CBN's The Price is Right, TV Patrol Weekend, Wansapanataym and part of MMK. It also bested GMA's accumulated overlapping time slots of Wish ko lang, 24 Oras Weekend, Mind Master and Spooky Nights Presents.
Wil Time Bigtime amazed its viewers with the state-of-the-art full high-definition LED floor—a first in TV viewing experience across Asia! A lot new games were also unleashed but the overall appeal and production value remains very parallel to Willing willie's and/or Wowowee.
