Star Cinema's first movie for 2011, the horror comedy film Bulong, earned P33.25 million in gorss reciepts for its first 5 days! Independent tabulator, Box Office Mojo reports the Vhong Navarro starrer leading last week's race as it bested foreign Films, Tangled, Borlesque and The Rite. However this opening gross of Bulong is way lower compared to other Horror Films produced by Star Cinema. “Cinco” which was shown July last year had an opening gross of P38.59M while the MMFF entry “Dalaw” earned around P50 million.On the other hand figures for My Valenties Girls of GMA Films wasnot yet released.
