The International Association of Business Communicators cited ABS-CBN Manila Radio Division Head Peter Musngi as one of its 2011 CEO Excel Awardees Tuesday.
Musngi was the lone media executive among 11 business leaders who were given the recognition.
The award-giving body distinguished Musngi’s leadership and impressive use of communication in handling DZMM’s key projects to serve various communities.
In an interview with one of ABS-CBN’s internal publications, Musngi said his secret in leadership is “creating and communicating your vision in a crystal-clear fashion.”
“I guess it all starts with speaking clearly and continuously encouraging and empowering one’s team to finish the race and realize one’s vision. The leader’s role is crucial but it's teamwork that really counts in the end,” he said.

maganda tlaga ang 100 days...parang may bukas pa...inspiring & well written! ang amaya,well,pagbibigyan ko pa ito ng 1 week kapag hindi pa rin ito nag level up per my standard...ayawan na! pero nakakatuwa ang amaya,konti lang ang ads...nkkbitin kc pag madami ang ads...
